Meet Friday at 12.45 pm at Brighton Ski Resort Parking lot. We will be giving away things and have raffles any time in the day. Remember those items and gift certificates are related to nutrition, wellness, health, beauty, fitness, etc.

The Green Time: The Earth, the Element for Your Mind

1:10 pm- Arrive at the cabin
1:20 pm- Welcoming & introductions
2:30-3:00 pm- Unpacking and get ready (water and snacks)
3:15-5:00 pm - Hiking
5:45 pm - Dinner preparation & wood burning fireplace (know how to play the guitar? Bring it!)
7:30-8:30pm - Dinner and Presentation: Women are Powerful, Honor your Power to Create your own Destiny by Peggy de Azevedo
8:45 pm- Yoga and relaxation exercises to get you ready for bed
9:00-9:30 pm- In bed
Be in bed no later than 9:30 pm to have enough rest for next early morning wake up.

5:30-6:00 am- Getting up and get ready
6:00am-6:30 am-Streching and yoga exercises to get you ready for the fitness
6:45-7:45 am - Breakfast-
7:25-7:45 am - How can I Loose Weight? Basic Tips Presentation by Scot 8:00 am- Leave cabin
8:30-11:00 pm - *Mountain Biking. Beginner level. The time includes stops to rest and to take pictures. Remember you can walk with the bike. The other option is hiking.
11:15-1:00 pm - Lunch preparation
11:15-1:00 pm- Showers and packing
1:00-2:00 pm - Lunch with a Personal Trainer Demostration/Presentation by Paul. Start the half day all you can drink fasting (see more on nutrition).

The Miracles in You/Meditating and Relaxating/One Mind and Soul/Writing Your Projection/Gratitude & Healing/Your Values and Your Mission in Life/Determination and The Answers.

2:00-4:00 pm -Massage sessions. Free time, napping, hot tub, journal writing
4:00-4:20 pm- Let's Celebrate Surviving Life Stories! by Sonia Thomas
4:30-5:30 pm- Life stories and farewell
6:00 pm -Program ends
6:00 pm -Free time. There are a lot of fun things to do in Park city or SLC and we can give you some ideas.
